How this goal came about?
I started 1997, by personally sponsoring 32 Reps in the first half of the year. Lots of Reps, but only I was growing. Then, someone mentioned that what has proven successful for many top MLM leaders, was to concentrate on helping my first level Reps to grow their groups. I approached all my Reps with this concept and actually 6 took me up on the offer. One dropped out, but the other 5 are starting 1998 with at least 15 Reps in each of their groups!
What is the goal?
Having experienced the thrill of growing to over 100 Reps, by helping 5 people in my group in the second half of 1997, I know that this approach works. This year, I have a very ambitious goal of adding 1,000 Reps to my group.
How is the goal going to be achieved?
The way this will be done is by helping 20 of my first level Reps grow by 50 Reps of their own. I have 8 first level Reps in my organization that have proven to me that they are ready to face up to the challenge. My job is to find 12 new first level Reps to join me and accept the responsibility of doing whatever it takes to reach 50 new Reps (or more) in their own groups.
Who am I looking for?
I need 12 new first level Reps I want to help build their groups in 1998. I do not need people with experience or heavy hitters. My training system takes care of teaching the mechanics of doing this business and they are simple, so simple that 4 steps is all you need to succeed!
What Characteristics am I looking for in my 12 new Reps?
The people I am looking for HAVE to posses or develop the following 3 characteristics that are essential:
First, top Reps have a strong trust and belief in their company and the Network Marketing industry. Second, those that have concrete goals are more passionate about their business, resulting in greater levels of success. Third, top Reps always improve themselves through personal development and do not slow down or have doubts when things do not go their way.
